However, French authorities challenged the name, flagging up with prosecutors that the name could cause harm to the child in the future.
The family court judge, after analyzing the file, decided to delete the first names from the civil status register, according to RTBF.
Last year, a family in France were stopped from calling their child Jihad.
They argued that the word had no violent meaning in Arabic but authorities were worried about the effect it would have on the child’s life.
