He began his media journey as a broadcast journalist at the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST)’s Continental Radio in 2002.
Samuel has featured as the morning show Host for several stations such as Choice FM, Invisible FM in Kumasi, Radio Gold, among others. He hosted the biggest award-winning socio-political show Alhaji and Alhaji on Radio Gold. As morning show host, he championed the restoration of the Korle Bu hospital CT scan which had been left inactive for months. He also led several advocacy campaigns against recklessness on our roads and the bad nature of roads in certain parts of Accra. He also led the network broadcasting to cover the 2016 elections which provided a credible source of first hand election results updates from across the 10 regions of Ghana.
He has also shown his prowess in event promotion by serving as Events and Promotions Manager for Choice FM, Live FM and Adinkra Radio. As an events person, he organized one of the most exciting radio promotions with Choice 102.3 FM which brought a lot exposure to the otherwise unknown, friendly and generous nature of most corporate heads in Accra known as ‘The Best Boss’. This promotion built a great corporate relationship which later translated into clients such as Kasapa, Nestle Limited, Cadbury and many others advertising with Choice FM.
Samuel’s dexterity is reflected in his doubling as a private business maestro and a media personality. In private business, as a director, he brokered the sole dealership agreement between Priceline Company and CNHTC of China as West Africa’s representative for Sino truck and Lishede excavators. He also deliberated and closed a Million Dollars 40sq miles mining concession for Reelworth Company, a subsidiary company of Priceline consult. As lead negotiator, he led Priceline consult to acquire over 200 Brand new Toyota Hiace and 30 BENZ MCV Buses for the GPRTU to commence the first work and pay Transport system in Accra. He also developed Priceline Consult from a rental company into the first Ghanaian fleet management company to supply and manage the Vehicles of Ghana Telecom, Zain communications Network and Aqua Vitens Rand.
