“It is shocking & sad that a young, vibrant & hardworking lady like Ebony had to pass in such a manner. She was with me a few days ago & had told me she wanted to come to church. I witnessed & prayed with her with a joyous heart only to hear this.” – Dr. Lawrence Tetteh.
“I got a call minutes ago and was asked whether it is true dancehall act Ebony had died.
I brushed it off and said it is one of those things only to get further calls confirming it.

“It is sad and terrifying to wake up to such sad news of the passing of arguably one of Ghana’s greatest music exports.
I just heard the news on Joy 99. 7 FM myself. Ebony had a huge following and the people loved her. It is sad”. – George Quaye {@G_Quaye}.

An honest, respectful, hardworking and focussed young lady full of positivity, smiles and laughter always. Our unsafe roads took you away and this has saddened me deeply. I can’t imagine what your father is going through now. Please Return If Possible. pic.twitter.com/e6x2nnEMBZ
