Simply put, Ronaldo = numbers. That’s what you get with Ronaldo because his brand and image is unrivalled.
When he announced his arrival in Turin, his ‘Forza Juve’ post on Instagram became the fifth most liked post in the app’s history.
In just two days, it garnered 11.4 million likes and is currently on 12.1 million at the time of writing.
He also owns fourth spot. Ronaldo’s Instagram post about the birth of his daughter, Alana Martina, has under 11.5 million likes.
In third is Justin Bieber, with Kylie Jenner hogging the top two spots.
Already a big presence, Juventus’ have become a whole different animal on the internet thanks to their marquee signing.
And of course on the pitch, you just know Ronaldo is going to tear up Serie A when he makes his debut later this month.
