Founder of 3 Music and 3 Music Awards, Baba Sadiq Abdulai Abu, has expressed his views concerning the recent issues of American rapper, Meek Mill, shooting a music video Ghana’s Flag Staff House
The entrepreneur said the Flag Staff House of Ghana is occupied by the most important citizen of the country hence, a “no-go” area and posited that serious tasks and issues concerning the nation are undertaken over there.
In an interview on Happy 98.9FM’s “Epa Hoa Daben” show with host Don Prah, Baba Sadiq made reference to a statement he made on his social media saying “A rapper who has since fallen off, flies a drone over the seat of the presidency? Holy Cow. I think the presidents is already tired and May possibly hand over power if he is asked nicely. I mean what is this? The height of desecration.” as a possible reason this incident of desecration took place at the seat of the presidency.

“If you wanted to boost tourism in this country and were serious about that, there are many tourist sites in this country that need attention, marketing and patronize,” he said.
He further mentioned that musicians in Ghana could have received support from the state.
The former CEO of 3Music acknowledged Ghana as the “Gateway To Africa” and revealed that “it is the activities of the iconic Ghanaian artistes overtime that have given Ghana the status of being holiday-makers to the world.” He believed that these artistes and private investors as well should be invited to seat of the presidency rather and be given the privileges that tag along with it.
