Ghanaian musician, Wutah Kobby has shared his opinion on the disagreement over Senior High School students keeping dreadlocks.
Recently, news went round that the boy who was almost denied admission to Achimota senior high school because of his dreadlocks is now part of the school’s National Science and Maths Quiz (NSMQ) team.
The singer believes that people should be judged based on their actions not by their looks.
“This should be an eye opener for the other schools that think they have strict rules which are not subject to change. They should reconsider some of these rules” he said.
Wutah Kobby advised people known for judging those with dreadlocks to put an end to it adding that the stigma attached to people with dreadlocks is uncalled for and should stop.
