It’s evident with his recently released singles that Trigmatic is charting a different path, call it a higher calling it’s in effort to ignite change and a more conscious stage of mind with the release of Where We Dey Go and his upcoming single ‘Something Dey’.
Osagyefo’s Night is a the start of an annual concert to be held on the eve of Nkrumah’s birthday which also happens to be a national holiday in Ghana. The concert is to celebrate the life, legacy and values that Nkrumah believed in.
Trigmatic will take guests on a musical journey, performing songs from his own catalogue as well as that of other African greats like Fela Kuti, Hugh Masekela & Youssou Ndour. There will also be performances from guests artists, Kankam, Sollo 7, Yaa Yaa & new acts MaaYaa as well as saxophonist Ekow Joe.
The event is set to take place on Thursday 20th of September at +233 Jazz Bar & Lounge. Tickets are selling for 50GHS.
