Having made a series of ambassadorial deals with brands such as Bet Boro and BET Planet, host of Shouts On Y, Winston Micheals, has taken on yet another task of not only becoming one of the first YFM presenters to host such a prestigious award ceremony but has also become the youngest to do so.
Proving time and time again to be a leading voice in the industry of voiceover acting, Winston Micheals, over the years, has continuously landed an assortment of voiceover gigs with huge brands like GNPC, Vaniado, The President’s Diner, MoneyGram Ghana, and YFM Ghana, to name a few. Among his many achievements, which have only grown over the years, Micheals is widely recognised as a BBC Certified radio host; a badge he earned during the early stages of his professional career.
Multi-talented content producer, and host of The Weekend Rush, Dorothy Cornelius, will also grace the stage as the co-host of the third edition of the YRated Awards, and more importantly, she will become the first-ever female to reach such a milestone.
Regarded as a force who excels in presentation and communication skills, creative arts and philosophy, Dorothy Cornelius’ face can be spotted on several billboards across the country for mega-corporations and brands such as KaiserGhana, ZeePay, and Onga. Intriguingly, her face is no stranger to channels like Metro TV, TV3, and GHONE TV, as she is known as a household name and a team player who displays no sign of slowing down.
The 2021 YRated Awards will take place at the Best Western Plus Hotel on the 27th of November, and will witness performances from some of the country’s leading stars like S3fa, D-Black, Kwesi Arthur, Hip Hop star Gibrilville, and Takoradi’s very own, Neff Gee. Furthermore, in celebration of YFM’s 13th anniversary, the star-studded event boasts a thirteen category line-up in honour of the highly anticipated event.
Winston Micheals in a statement said: “I’m thrilled to be a part of this experience. I can’t wait to hit the stage.”
Dorothy Cornelius also stated: “This event will be one for the history books. It will be super fun, and no one can miss it for the world. We’re outside.”
