The countdown is on for the official airing of season two of Ghana’s favorite audio drama series, ‘Leaked’ on Ghana’s number one youth oriented entertainment radio channel, YFM.
After weeks of keeping listeners in suspense over how the story will unfold, the date of release for season two of the captivating audio series is finally set for January 4th, 2021.
The award-winning radio and television presenter, Jay Foley conceived this idea, and with the help of his team, The Radio Advertising People, evolved that idea into this intriguing audio film. The series, filled with action, suspense and drama is inspired by Anas’ popular investigative piece which he released months back, exposing the dark happenings in two prominent universities in West Africa.
Eddy Blay, Programmes Manager of YFM Accra, speaking on this; said, “Leaked is a story of a level 300 student who narrates her ordeal when her roommate and best friend, teams up with others to blackmail her over her nude photos. Season one of Leaked had lots of listeners glued on the 23 episodes of hard story-telling and everyone, including me, of course, cannot wait to see what happens in season two.
It’s just fourteen more days counting down and I know I’m not missing this for anything; you have no reason to miss it either. Tune in to the Y Lounge all across the Y-triangle on Monday, 4th January, 2021 as well as every other Monday to Thursday at exactly 8pm to catch the vibe”.
Eddy further urged listeners who missed all or any of the 23 episodes of Leaked season one to visit YFM’s YouTube page @Y1079FM ACCRA and fill themselves in on it before the 4th of January next year.
