YFM to thrill audience with ‘PM2AM RAVE’

The ‘hippest’ and youth centered radio brand in the history of Ghana, YFM is pumped up to provide its listeners with a memorable weekend with its much anticipated activation dubbed, ‘PM2AM RAVE’.
The super DJ-spiced music-filled night will see 16 DJs from different radio brands taking turns at the turntables, and being urged on by their hypemen to put listeners in the party mood at their respective locations.
‘PM2AMRAVE’ which is a 12 hour non-stop virtual musical concert for the fans and listeners of Y97.9FM-Takoradi forms part of the YRevolution campaign.
The Rave which will begin on Friday at 6pm and end on Saturday at 6am will see PM, DJ Edita, DJ Gunshot, TJDJ, DJ Cuebeats all of YFM Takoradi fame receiving support from DJ Carcious (YFM Kumasi) and DJ Ganj (YFM Accra).
DJs and hypemen sourced from other brands include; Yoofi Eyeson (Spice fm), DJ Storm (Beach Fm), DJ Mawuli (Westgold radio), DJ Paa Kwesi, DJ Berry (Sky Power Fm), DJ Gomez (GoodNews Fm), MC Tea Bag, Radio Man Ferggy (Radio Premiere) and Godfrey Ainoo (Formerly of Starr Drive).
Programmes Manager for Y97.9FM, Agyekum Gyimah speaking about the activation stated, “YFM as a brand lives for times like these and because we want to thrill our listeners this weekend, we ideated the PM2AM. Listeners should stay glued to their radio sets this weekend as we bring them nothing but the best in music from 16 of the dopest DJs from across the country.”
He urged listeners to keep glued to Y97.9FM at all times and seasons if they wish to be served the best in music and radio programming.
