You can’t buy integrity; Build it- Group CEO, Hollard Ghana

Group CEO of ‘Hollard Ghana’, Patience Akyianu has emphasized the importance of building integrity as it plays a huge role in one’s success story.
According to the CEO, integrity, coupled with her passion, dedication, commitment and hard work, has contributed immensely to her career success. She mentioned that integrity is important and must be earned because it cannot be paid for.
Although she upholds integrity, Patience added that it is not easy to do so considering how deep corruption is rooted in our environment.
“Integrity is needed but I think that the corruption in our society is so endemic that it’s a constant challenge to live a life of integrity on a daily basis in the work environment.
We are in an environment unfortunately where even wrong looks to a lot of people like right”, she said.
She made this point during an interview with Rev. Erskine on YFM’s youth empowerment programme, the Y-Leaderboard Series, which comes off every Wednesday at 10am as part of the Myd-Morning Radio Show.
Despite this, Patience mentioned that she is a person of integrity and she is of high doubt that anyone can point out something that she has done to prove otherwise.
She further noted, commitment is also vital and that one cannot go far in a job field without it.
“Start with commitment, adding hard work but then integrity is something you can’t pay a price for”, Patience Akyianu advised.
