Ghanaian Rapper Elorm Adablah better known by his stage name E.L, has openly confessed that he is unhappy when people compare him to other artistes and expect him to tow the line of other artistes.
According to him, he may seem “relaxed” in his music career. However, he takes his time to produce music from the heart to reach people who will accept his music from their hearts.
He shared this with Y102.5FM’s NYDJ on the ‘Ryse N Shyne’ show when he stated: “I release music very often but the thing is I relax a lot when I am releasing music because I know that my fans will access it when they need to. For me, as an artiste, I have my own way of doing things. I don’t do my things like everybody else. So, comparing me to other artistes’ plans and actions, you will be disappointed.
Music to me is very special so I make sure that when I am making the music I do it from the heart and I do it for the people who receive it into their hearts”.
He believes that he is the “most relaxed musician” in the country but relaxed in the sense that he does things at his own pace and time.
The ‘Kaalu’ hitmaker revealed that as a ‘relaxed’ artiste, he has been working on his new album ‘’WAVs’’ (West African Vibes) for three and a half years to four years before releasing it this year.
E.L announced the release of his keenly-awaited third studio album ‘’WAVs’’ (West African Vibes) this month. The 13-track album will be released via his imprint V.O Nation Records and Orchard Music.
The musician shared that the album is a collection of his life experiences for the past few years.
