Alleluia Pappoe has been adjudged the winner of the third edition of the Future Fashion Fund in a keenly contested competition organized by Accra Mall Limited. Out of five finalists who went through several evaluation stages, Alleluia, who operates under the brand name ‘ALWOMAN’ was declared the winner at the runway show organized as part of the grand finale on Saturday, 4th September 2021.
Alleluia, who is currently a second-year student at Radford University College, fell in love with fashion when she was 14-years-old after watching a fashion TV show which gave her the dream of establishing a women’s wear fashion brand. ALWOMAN currently makes luxurious womenswear for stylish and modest women.
With the ever-rising demand for ready-to-wear clothes by contemporary women, ALWOMAN introduced a line of ready-to-wear options for women of all ages.

Mr. Anthony Asamoah, Marketing Manager of Accra Mall, outlined the prizes which the winner walked away with. “The ultimate winner, ALWOMAN receives a cash prize of USD 3000, a month-long pop-up stall at Accra Mall and souvenirs.”
Speaking after receiving her award, Alleluia expressed gratitude to Accra Mall for the honour done her. “I am grateful to Accra Mall for this opportunity and I am so excited and proud of myself. It has always been my dream to work with Woodin and now I have the opportunity to do so and have my pop up store at Accra Mall.”, she expressed joyfully.
Hanardy Iddris was awarded second place, while Precious Dela Orison Gadagbui came in third. The judges for the third edition of the Future Fashion Fund were Sacha Okoh, Founder of SO Aesthetics and Viva Boutique Partner, Maame Esi Acquah-Taylor, CEO and Founder of Aha Brands, Delali Bentsi-Enchill, Product Manager of Woodin and Anthony Asamoah, Marketing Manager of Accra Mall.
The Future Fashion Fund is an extension of the Accra Mall Fashion Weekend (AMFW) which is an annual two-day fashion event that focuses on the fashion and beauty retail category. This year’s event featured a Tenant Showcase in addition to the finalists’ runway show. The runway show also featured clothing, makeup and digital accessories from retailers at the mall.
