Residents of Kasoa-Obom municipality, a suburb of Greater Accra Region were treated to some special presentation as the Abbeam Institute of Technology, which is situated in the vicinity – made some donations to the people.
Led by its Chancellor, Rev. Dr. Abbeam Ampomah Danso, management of the school presented assorted items ranging from food to clothing to the residents.
The teeming residents were overly excited as they gathered at the premises of the institution to collect their donations in a brief ceremony, which is one of many organized by management of the University.
Rev. Abbeam Ampomah Danso, who is one of the astute business heads in Ghana and across Africa; has single-handedly transformed the Kasoa-Obom municipality in the last three or so years with major developmental interventions.
His Abbeam Group of Companies has built various projects in the community to ease the development of the area and its people.
There’s Abbeam Health Center, which has the requisite, standardized and modernized facilities and equipments – provides health care for people in the whole Kasoa District and beyond. It provides 24 –hour quality services in antenatal, postnatal, general care, circumcision and other related medical issues.
There’s also the establishment of the Abbeam Institute of Technology Institute, which is a registered foreign tertiary Institution, which is also duly registered by the National Accreditation Board of Ghana and affiliated to internationally recognized Institutions.
Situated at Kasoa-Obom in Ghana, the Institute offers programs in Media, Communication Studies, Business Administration, Computer Science & Management, Health & Social Science, Human Resource Management, Project Management, and Accounting & Finance.
Speaking on the donations organized over the week, the Chancellor of the Institute, Rev. Abbeam stated that, he was excited to see the joy on the faces of the residents and their kids during and after the exercise and gave the assurance that, another donation will be organized in December.
