Stephanie Benson, a Ghanaian musician based in the United Kingdom, has said that it is tough for her to find people she can trust with her company. That, she claims, is why most of her enterprises in Ghana have been put on hold.
In an interview with Happy 98.9FM’s Akua Sika, she stated, “I have been very unlucky about the people I have had around me.” as she expressed the malicious behavior exhibited by some of her past workers over the past years, except for one who traveled to the US but died during his stay in the states.
The entertainer mentioned that she had plans to restart her business in Ghana but would have to find the right individuals to entrust them with because she would have to go back to the UK and generate more money to support it. “I do want to restart it; I have a few things to work out first; it’s just finding people to trust and manage; I can’t keep coming; I can’t be here all the time; I have work to do abroad; I can’t support that without my work,” she stated.
Benson stated that her businesses are going to remain on hold until she finds individuals who are capable of keeping them in good shape. “Until I can get people I can trust, I won’t do the same business again,” she concluded.
