Award-winning choreographer Michael Amofa, better known as Incredible Zigi has expressed his desire to be exemplified to other enterprising dancers in the country.
In a recent interview on Y 107.9 FM, the renowned dancer and dance trainer mentioned that he felt good anytime his life or achievements as a dancer because of how he struggled to rise to prominence.
“I feel like my journey inspires people a lot so I want to be an inspiration to others, I feel so good when I am made an example to others because I started dancing on the streets and freestyling without support trying to be recognized even at funerals and wedding parties, I was dancing”, he said.
Adding on, Incredible Zigi mentioned that he wanted young and upcoming to appreciate what their talents were worth and how far it could take them in life as dancers and mentioned that he wanted to create a platform for young dancers in the country so they are appreciated enough.
“I want the young dancers to know and appreciate their talents and get to know how far their talents can take them exemplifying me. With my dance talent, I have been able to work with brands global brands like Guinness, Spotify and Woodin. I have also travelled across the globe being on big stages, but I don’t want it to end there. I want to create a platform for the young ones to be appreciated and celebrated for their worth,” he added.
Incredible Zigi further encouraged enterprising dancers to take charge of their crafts and pursue their dreams no matter the support from relatives and family.
