M.anifest's Answer When Asked To Rate the Current Government

M.anifest in a latest interview revealed he had no plans of running for President anytime soon.
The award winning rapper who is currently on a media run promoting his latest effort ‘Okay’ talking about which party he belonged to answered;
“Anything that is progressive and advancing our course as Ghanaians that’s what I stand for. I don’t subscribe to that idea of riding or dying for a political ideology which might not even be for our purpose but for the purpose of winning votes every four years.
Asked on what he makes of the current government’s performance, M.Dot made it known we could only rate their effort in 2020 because the government deserves to be given four years to deliver their promises.
“The elections were in 2016 and I feel it’s fair to assess the government after four years.”
The Me Ne Woa hitmaker also touched on reasons why he has no intentions to run for the Presidency saying;
“I think there is a certain level of leadership that will corrupt you. I’m not saying I cannot be calculated and strategic but what it will take to do certain things, I don’t know if can do that. Everyone has their part to play and I don’t think mine is to stand in front people and lie. I’m not insinuating that all politicians are liars but I think you have to be crafty with the truth as a politician.”
