Ghanaian songwriter and producer, A-Town, has urged colleague producers to show immense dedication for their work.
He spoke proudly about the treatment given to producers now, as they are highly recognized and accorded with the respect they deserve.
Speaking in an exclusive interview with Kojo Manuel on Y107.9FM’s Dryve of Your Lyfe show, A-Town said, “Producers have come a long way when it comes to being popular in the industry. I think we’ve moved from that age where nobody knows you to people actually singing in your tag.”
“I go to places and hear people sing my tag and I sing along with them without them even knowing I am the one behind it, and it feels good,” he said.
He charged colleague producers to churn out magic as their brand is always associated to their work.
“Try and put yourself more into what you doing and that will sell you more,” he emphasized.
