This year’s concert was another reminder that Highlife music will forever remain a pride of Ghanaian musicians both old and new. Trigmatic thrilled the audience with some of his classics in a set that was fused with most of his new high-life inspired songs off his recently released album 8th Element.
The concert which took place at the Gold Coast Restaurant and Lounge featured the likes of TV3 mentors Evans, Chris, Kurl Songz, The Safoa Band and highlife icon Aka Blay. The 2nd edition of My Life Concert hosted by Giovanni saw Abeiku Santana join Trigmatic on stage several times to perform timeless Highlife jams.
For Trigmatic, the annual My Life Concert is a constant reminder of the phases we go through in life. It’s a celebration of how far he’s come as an artist, and a chance to share new music with his fans through his eclectic performances.
