DJ Kess has been nominated for the ‘Best DJ Africa’ category in the upcoming AFRIMMA slated for November 14th, 2021.
The talented and official Disc Jockey for the most listened to late evening show on radio, the ‘Y Lounge’ on 107.9 FM appreciated the nomination and urged her fans to vote her to win for Ghana.
“I appreciate the recognition by AFRIMMA, guys let’s win this for Ghana”. she said.
Programmes Manager at YFM Accra, Eddy Blay Jr. congratulated DJ Kess and expressed his joy for her nomination and assured support from the YFM family and himself.

DJ Kess, who is the only Ghanaian nominee in this category, was nominated alongside DJ Spinall (Nigeria), DJ Zinhle (South Africa), DJ Dollar (Senegal), DJ Soupamodel (Nigeria), DJ Big N (Nigeria), Major League DJz (South Africa) and DJ Moh Spice (Kenya).
DJ Kess is one of Ghana’s finest DJs who started her Disc Jockeying career in high school after she was made the official DJ of her school, she perfected the craft through immense practice and has been Disc Jockeying with YFM for over 10 years and has played at other reputable events and clubs.
